Your New Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial – Complex Facilities team on a permanent basis. This will be a remote role, that may require occasional travel.

The Data Analyst plays an important part in the team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Commercial, Finance and Operations functions, collating and reviewing large reports, manipulating the data and providing feedback to the relevant stakeholder. Preparation of Payment application information and processing of payments.

The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Commercial, Finance and Operations functions, providing Data for both commercial, financial and operational reports
  • Producing and developing management information reports
  • Preparing Payment Applications and processing payments
  • Communicating with the wider teams to resolve any queries
  • Manipulating and reading large reports/data, presenting your findings to the relevant team
  • Attending meetings and presenting information as requested

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in a similar Data Analyst role
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience with Concept
  • Ideally a background within Facilities Management or construction
  • The ability to work with numbers comfortably
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues
  • Good Commercial awareness
