Award Winning Event Catering Company seek ambitious Head Chef to join our growing team in Marlow.You must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, an outgoing personality, excellent communication & organisational skills and good hygiene standards.The Role:Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staffEnsure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food productionSupervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating orderEnsure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely mannerAssure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specificationsMonitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food service sanitation standards are metIdeal Candidate:Local to the area and ideal with own transportHigh level and stable background in quality led fine dining operations in either Events or Hotel banquetingMulti rosette/Michelin experience preferredCapable of leading the growing team in prep and event workCreative and experienced in office work, seasonal menus, and kitchen financialsLong term future in the business is wantedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £65,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Marlow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
