Data Analyst

We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.
We are excited to be growing our team at ATG and currently looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join our team based in London!
ATG has a wealth of customer data, with millions of guests visiting, eating, and drinking in our theatres every year, and there is a growing need to bring data science and machine learning to our decision-making process. The focus of this role is to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition by delivering actionable insight from our customer data. You will be joining ATG at a pivotal time for Data Science within the business as we transform our capability.
We recently went live with a Customer Data Platform that collates our customer data, including transactional, demographic, survey, and marketing data. We have also invested in new technologies such as AWS SageMaker, Snowflake, and Power BI. The Data Science team are fundamental to delivering value from this investment, most notably in enhancing our Loyalty and CRM programmes, working with venues on their marketing effectiveness and improving our customer experience.
Ideally you will have:
- Very strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong with SQL and data warehousing experience.
- Knowledge of visualisation tools such Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.
- The ability to demonstrable experience within a data-driven analytical role, with the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets.
- Excellent stakeholder management - familiar with communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- An innate curiosity for technology and data.
- Experience with our technology stack - Snowflake, Power BI, Python, AWS SageMaker.
