Job description
We are looking for a receptionist/office assistant. The hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Federal Holidays off. This position will primarily be responsible for answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate attorney/paralegal. As we are a relatively small law firm, this position will have a handful of other jobs consistent with being an office assistant: inputting client information in the computer and taking payments, vacuum/trash emptying once a week or as needed, managing mail, stocking the fridge, scheduling appointments, making copies, helping paralegals as needed, etc. We offer 10 days of PTO each year. We offer a simple IRA matching up to 3% and health insurance. Must be reliable. Will pay $17-19/hr. depending on experience.
