Job description
We are looking to recruit a quality Data Analyst (office based). This is an important role, supporting customer data submissions and ongoing business improvement.
The main purpose of the role is data analysis and support in data submission for client carbon reporting.
You will also be part of team curating the data that is being, and has been, entered in to the system as well as identifying the faults and overall accuracy of the data.
Additionally, you will be working business improvement through streamlining current business approaches and automation of tasks.
You will be expected to work both as an individual and as part of a team in order to ensure data tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Key Areas of Accountability:
· Data entry.
· Analysing data to identify outliers for further review.
· Aid in calculation of average data.
· Managing your workload in a time-critical and efficient way, thereby ensuring deadlines are met.
· Working as part of the team working with suppliers to allow for the import and export of data from the system.
· Supporting the operations manager in general data processing.
Person Specification:
Excellent attention to detail, Microsoft Excel and analytical skills are essential as well as an interest in data.
The individual must be committed to delivering the best possible service for our clients.
The ability to communicate effectively with other members of staff.
