What do you need to be successful?
To support the continued growth of Professional Training Solutions by playing a key part in the Data and Compliance Team.
The Data Analyst Apprentice role is a dual role: -
- Providing day to day office administration duties, including data inputting, liaising with the delivery team, learners, and employers/clients, as well as work on adhoc projects as agreed with their line manager.
- Providing compliance audits within the business, along with the relevant analysis and reporting, as well as partaking in dayto-day office administration duties,
As part of your day to day role you will study towards a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.
Some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Inputting learner data.
- Working on our MIS PICS System.
- Conducting on-programme audits of learners.
- Analyse and report on the findings of learner audits to Data and Compliance Manager, and follow up with actions where agreed.
- Support with monthly reporting to the Management Team.
- Analyse and monitor evaluation surveys, including follow up calls where required.
- Support the collation of information and statistics in the event of OFSTED or audit.
- Offer support where required to the Data and Compliance Team.
- To undertake other administrative and support tasks that may arise
The ideal candidate will have:
Essential
- Strong administration and organisational skills, including workload management techniques.
- Be computer literate.
- Ability to maintain accurate and precise records.
- Good customer service/liaison manner.
- An ability to plan, set and review targets.
- English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above
Desirable
- Experience in adult learning.
- 2x A Levels Grade E or above
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve.
- Ability to maintain interpersonal relationships.
