What will you be doing?
Your main responsibility as a Data Administrator is to undertake the aspects on controlling the delivery of Voice products via the ordering system related to the Voice platforms, as well as co-ordinating the provisioning of all voice services using the appropriate systems, i.e, EDGE, OMS, CPS1, COMS, AMDOC’s CDMS NSMR.
Ensure department standard processes and procedures are followed and maintained to attain/retain quality standards- Act as an interface for reporting projects that impact the team
- Improve communications between IT and core data providers within the business and Provisioning
- Manage monthly weekly reporting cycle. Ensuring timely delivery of outputs, demonstrating continual improvements to the report content
- Problem solving, work logically through problems referring to local work instructions

We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of customers and be aligned to the business process, which underpin the delivery of services end to end within Vodafone.
Must have an interest in communications technology- Demonstrate practical knowledge of IT skills and use of the necessary applications
- Show initiative when faced with technical challenges.
