It takes a passionate team with a keen eye for detail to deliver the insurance solutions our clients need. As a Data Administrator, this role is all about managing data and engaging with our clients by preparing documents to assist them in their day-to-day business.
Have you ever wondered who insures fleets of aircraft, satellites, cruise ships, huge engagement rings, basements full of wine, houses on private islands, the Eurotunnel, stud horses, chains of hotels and priceless paintings? Well, the answer is our clients do! We deal with specialist insurers and re-insurers helping them with a large variety of exciting business lines and projects and in this role you will be supporting these clients!
This is a perfect position if you’re motivated, enthusiastic and would love an opportunity to gain fully sponsored, industry recognised qualifications in a growing global organisation with offices in the UK, Europe, USA and South America.
This role will be working on a hybrid basis, with time split between home and our Gloucester office 2 days a week.
What you’ll do
- Professionally deal with clients via email and occasionally over the phone
- Analyse, interpret, extract and/or manipulate data
- Deliver accurate information
- Investigate missing data and enhance current data
- Create and maintain data within clients’ systems
- Comply with client quality standards and deadlines

Who you are
- You must be flexible, and have the ability to manage deadlines and meet SLAs
- Be able to multitask and learn/use multiple systems
- You have a passion for problem solving and a keen attention to detail
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrable IT Literacy with experience or the desire to work with Excel
- Have a minimum GCSE C grade or 4 and above in Maths and English or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills with fluency in written and verbal English
