Data Administrator – Apprentice Programmes
If you have a passion for accuracy, attention to detail and following correct processes, combined with an interest in different systems and databases, come and join our Apprentice Programmes Compliance team. Where no month is the same as the next, you will be responsible for checking and inputting apprentice data ensuring timeliness, compliance with applicable funding rules and providing accurate information and reporting.
You may have previously been an apprentice or have some experience of apprenticeship administration but in this role you will be given training and develop a full understanding of the full cycle of an apprenticeship programme from onboarding to full completion, combined with processing breaks in learning, familiarisation with funding rules, data protection requirements, and learning different data systems (PICS and our own CRM)
Other Activities Include:
- Functional skills enrolments
- Notifying relevant people of Learning Support requirements
- Allocating learners to members of staff
- Assisting with the collation of invoicing and financial data
- Sending relevant correspondence
- Running monthly financial and performance reports
- Preparation of Management data
- Assisting with the routine checking of apprentices paperwork
To apply you need:
Minimum GCSE grades 6-9 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Previous Administration experience and dealing with accurate data input
Knowledge and understanding of Management Information Systems
Ideally you will have a level 3 or above in Business Administration along with previous experience or exposure to apprenticeships (frameworks or standards)
You should also be able to demonstrate:
Attention to detail and passion for accuracy
Ability to prioritise and manage your own time in a home working environment whilst being a key contributor to the team
Excellent oral and written English communication
Willingness to improve own learning, undergo training and seek to understand government funding requirements
