Data Administrator
Human Resources
Permanent vacancy – up to 25 hours per week
£21,994 pro rata
The HR Department are responsible for all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, monitoring sickness and absence, training and development plus many other responsibilities. Our new Data Administrator post is ideal for someone looking to boost their career, whilst working alongside experienced professionals.
Main duties include:
- Accurate data management and input in a timely manner
- Producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports using a range of Microsoft Office applications and our integrated HCM system iTrent
- Processing correspondence for internal staff
- Minor system administration
- Setting up new user profiles
- Manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
- Liaising with our software providers to log any issues and check system status updates
- Analyse figures on employee sickness
- Contact employees to obtain outstanding sick notes
- Monitor the shared mailbox and provide administrative support across the department
We are looking for a Data Administrator with a meticulous approach to their work, proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail. This post would suit somebody who is efficient, able to work independently and enjoys providing support to a variety of internal stakeholders. Previous experience working with Business Objects software or similar reporting suites is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
