T4 is an international brand located across multiple continents was founded in Taiwan in 2004 with the philosophy of connecting people through a cup of tea.

Our tea is prepared from the finest tea leaves – whole leaves, never tea bags or powder. We grow the tea ourselves, at precisely the right altitudes, at our tea fields in the beautiful hills and mountains of Taiwan. Our experts are deeply passionate about the quality of the leaves that they prepare for you. In our shops the focus on quality continues, with artisan tea prepared for you in small batches, with the temperature and other conditions carefully managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Brewing tea
  • Cooking and preparing toppings
  • Taking orders and cashier duties
  • Opening and closing of the store
  • Conduct stock checks and inventory orders
  • Knowing all products and services in detail
  • Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Safety and hygiene procedures & standards are maintained and complied

We are looking for:

  • Previous barista experience is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year total F&B working experience required
  • A customer-oriented positive attitude
  • Quick at performing their tasks - speed is extremely important
  • Must be able to work under pressure in high volume busy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to handle kitchen work
  • Friendly, engaging and fun to be around person
  • Passionate about Taiwanese Tea
  • Flexible to work full time including evenings and weekends
  • Good at time management, problem solving, and a team player
  • Good English. Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred but not essential)
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Salary from: £10.65 / hr

(After probation: £10.65 - £14.00 depending on performance)
