What will you be doing?
You will be the Technical Champion for the nominated customer - representing the customer’s interests internally and supporting Sales and Service Management in customer delivery.
We are looking for someone who will be the Technical Expert, who understands the in-life services, solution and infrastructure involved in delivery of services.
Technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of services by understanding the Customer’s and own business requirements,- Work with the Customer and Service/Account Managers, providing technical in-life expertise to assist Sell discussions.
- Work with the Customer, their Stakeholder and Service/Account Managers to support the build phase of delivery, focusing on service on boarding and impacts to pre-existing services.
- Work with the provisioning and project delivery engineers as a consultant for services being rolled out for their customer
- Support the change management process through technical CAB representation and technical MOP reviews and impact assessment where necessary
Who are we looking for?
Someone with in-depth technical knowledge of customer products and services.- Experience of supporting a customer’s in-life technical requirements while considering KPIs, SLAs and long-term objectives.
- Experience of ensuring service improvements/enhancements are owned and driven to improve the overall customer and internal stakeholder’s experiences.
- Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support function.
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge within their primary technology field.
- A recognised networking qualification such as TCP/IP would be desirable
