Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Services Team. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to fill the post of a Customer Service Officer.
The post holder will be part of a team as the first point of contact with the association by phone/email primarily, and to ensure a high level of service and support to customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate should be educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent, preferably with experience working in a customer service environment and with good I.T skills.
Although not necessary as training will be given, knowledge of Housing & Property Services within a local authority or housing association context and previous experience of using databases would be advantageous for this role. As would basic knowledge of housing regulations and repairs.

Contract Type: Permanent/Fixed Term
This is initially a fixed term position through to 31st March 2024, however consideration to extend is possible.
