Arden Maidstone is looking for Customer Support.
Your role
Duties involved include:
- Intercepting all inbound calls to the Group
- Booking cars in for servicing
- Upselling of products
Hours: Saturdays - 8 am to 5 pm.
Your profile
Our ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate, stay calm under pressure and possess a high attention to detail. Being able to work independently, and also as part of the Customer Support team is essential.
The role involves the use of several software packages unique to the motor trade so a high level of competency in IT is essential.
