Due to incredible success and growth, Semestry (https://semestry.com/), part of Tribal Groups’ product portfolio are recruiting for a brand new Customer Support & Success Consultant to play a crucial role in providing first-class service for Semestry’s cloud scheduling and resource management solution aimed to support the higher-education sector.

The role

As the job title would suggest, the role of a Customer Support & Success Consultant will provide two crucial functions requiring the successful candidate to not only be proactive in their approach to delivering excellent customer service in a timely fashion, but moreover utilising their technical product knowledge within Higher Education/University term-time timetable management systems/tools.

Working across an ever expansive EMEA region, you will work with long term customers, as well as supporting with the implementation and support for new ones. This brand new Customer Support & Success Consultant opportunity will be ideal for anyone looking to work in a high growth environment, where delivering exceptional service will be rewarded with great learning and career development.

The person

You will have practical experience working within a higher education setting and/or with HE customers working within a technology/SaaS business role.

You will have a practical understanding and application knowledge of HE term-time timetable management systems/tools.

You will put the customer first in all your dealings, and be able to provide knowledge, empathy and a proactive approach to creating a pragmatic solution.

Experience working with a high volume of customer queries & requests; managing these in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain high administrative standards for record keeping both for internal and external customer needs; in line with ISO & GDPR standards.

A highly organised individual; with a maintenance for quality standards
