Are you an experienced skilled and motivated Senior Registered Nurse (Children's or Learning Disabilities) who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. We are looking compassionate nurses to work as part of our expanding community team who are unafraid to try new things in order to provide holistic and skilled palliative and end of life care at home across South East London.
Time is precious, and unlike so many other healthcare providers, we are in the privileged position of giving Nurses the time to deliver holistic one-to-one care to children, young people and their families, throughout their palliative care journey.

You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive and inclusive Multi-disciplinary team providing respite, palliative, and bereavement care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. This role requires a flexible approach to working and will be led by the needs of the case load this will include mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
You will be based in the community, delivering care across our operating region. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements - will be essential.
