We are looking for an experienced and energetic Customer Service Representative to help support our clients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, able to work with stakeholders from many different backgrounds, and a master problem solver. This role has plenty of opportunity for upward mobility to grow as the company grows.

Work Location: Fully remote, based anywhere in the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and live chat in a timely manner
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Identify key customer questions to create email templates and author knowledge base articles
  • Create and maintain SOPs for customer support processes
  • Analyze and communicate product malfunctions as driven by client reports (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Manage client access and permissions on our webapp
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Communicate effectively with your APAC and EU counterparts to provide smooth, cohesive client support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience as a customer support specialist or similar role, preferably for a B2B and/or SaaS company
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Patience when dealing with upset or frustrated clients
  • Comfortable using and explaining technology tools
  • Clear analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with teams in a collaborative way
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Passion for technology and issues related to climate and sustainability markets
