Role Summary

We are an ambitious, enthusiastic and award winning Customer Success team with an average customer satisfaction score of over 95% - so mediocre is not in our nature.

Our team is responsible for providing our customers with excellent support, truly going above and beyond to help them implement, master and utilise the ClassForKids system to allow their business to grow.

We work directly with customers to help them get set up, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to engineers, and act as a bridge between our customers and the wider team at ClassForKids.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day enquiries from our customers through our web chat
  • Training customers to use our software through calls and screen share technology
  • Maintaining and sharing expert product knowledge to improve team performance
  • Being a voice for our customers - promoting their interests, anticipating their needs, and communicating feedback to the wider team
  • Working as part of the customer success team to continuously improve our service

Skills and Experience

Required

  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow, G2 2NR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
