We help charities such as Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity and The Lullaby Trust raise funds from gifts in wills through our online will service, rated 5* on Trustpilot, named ‘Best Online Will Service’ by The Times Money Mentor and recommended by 93% of Mumsnet users.
We’ve just been bought by Dignity PLC and are starting to grow our small team.
This role is a unique opportunity to be part of that growth, help us change the way the world deals with death, and raise millions in gifts for charity
Full training will be given.
Willingness to work some weekday evenings until 7pm) in in the future as part of a rota system, if required.
Based remotely, but in the future will likely involve hybrid working – perhaps 2 or 3 days in an office, possibly London.
Most of the time:
· Checking online wills for common errors
· Assisting online will-writing customers via telephone and live chat
· Calling customers who have started their wills but not finished, to offer help
· Updating in-house CRM system
Some of the time:
· Onboarding customers onto our systems
· Assisting funeral directors with building their online profiles
· Calling providers to update their pricing in our systems
· Assisting with invoicing
Requirements:
Ideally, you’ll have some or all the following:
· Experience in a customer facing role
· Team leadership experience a benefit, but not essential
· A desire to genuinely help people
· Mature and reliable with an attention to detail
