CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR
KFM BAND 3 EQUIVALENT
37.5 hours per week

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Support Coordinator role within the KFM Service Desk team.
KFM provides support services to Kings College Hospital (KCH) that enable safe, effective, efficient and timely care.
We are looking for a great communicator, someone who can build rapport quickly with our customers who are providing front line healthcare services.
Your internal relationships are important as well, as you will need to liaise with other areas of the business, such as procurement, supply chain and finance.

Our service desk is open 7 days a week Mon-Fri 8am – 8pm, weekends and bank holidays 9-5.
Shifts are 7.5 hours and you will need to work some weekends and evenings.
We offer a mix of working from home and in our office.
Currently all weekend, bank holidays and late shifts (ending at 8pm) are worked from home.
