Join us! We have a new opening for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is working from home (if close by there is the option to go into the Whittle site based in Leicester )

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide professional and responsive support to our patients and customers to ensure a positive experience in fulfilling and delivering orders.

  • Effectively resolve issues through phone and email communications, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Baxter to more deeply engage customers regarding our products and enhance the overall customer experience

  • Assist customers with order-related enquiries, including product availability, pricing enquiries and product complaints

  • Adhere to the stocktake schedule and ensure orders are processed in time to meet delivery lead times

  • Identifying challenges and resolving solutions

  • Provides our patients and partners with the most immediate and high-quality first interaction
