We have a wonderful opportunity for a Band 6 Nurse role within the Specialist ADHD Pathway in Berkshire.
The ADHD Team sits within the Neurodiversity Service in Children, Families and All Age Service (CFAA). We offer assessment and treatment to children and young people aged 6-18.
We are looking for a qualified nurse who is passionate about working in the community with neurodiverse children and may want a change in their career and specialise in this field. If so, we would love to hear from you.

As a service we are very committed to the development of our staff and can offer both internal & external training with this role, including NMP training.
- You will join an experienced, passionate & dedicated team that works across Berkshire to provide ADHD assessments and on-going care to children, young people and families.
- The main responsibilities of the role will be assessing children and young people as well as managing a caseload of children and young people who have an existing diagnosis of ADHD and to arrange and conduct their medication reviews which include taking some physical observations.
- You may have to make onward referrals to other services within the CFAA CYP division.
- We work closely with other teams within the CFAA service as well as partnership agencies and voluntary services that support children, young people and families pre and post assessment. The Team also offers support to families via the innovative online platform SHaRON (Support Hope and Resources Online)
