Position Description:
We are currently hiring for an Associate to work in the Fixed Income Capital Markets - Loans Solutions and Securitisation Group (LSSG) team within Global Capital Markets (GCM) in London. The successful candidate will be part of the LSSG team covering securitisations and loan sales and financings in Europe involving a broad range of asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Structuring and executing a broad range of transactions, including securitisations and loan portfolio acquisitions
- Running work-streams within transactions with a strong focus on modelling and analytics
- Project management role in transaction processes, including coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders and third parties, including clients and investors
- Researching, evaluating opportunities and preparing pitches for clients within the securitisation and loan sales space
QUALIFICATIONS
- Top class undergraduate degree or equivalent from a leading university
- Strong numerical skills with an interest for analytics and modelling
- Excellent problem solving skills and an ability to comprehend complex concepts
- Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
