Join our Care at Home team as a Health Care Assistant, working throughout Kent delivering respite, end of life care and support to children and young people. They're 2 vacancies 1 covering West Kent, and 1 covering Medway/Swale/North Kent.

You will have an NVQ Level 2 in health care or other relevant qualification, or a willingness to complete, and experience of working with children and young people. You will need to have excellent communication skills with the capability to interact with teams and families at all levels with the ability to work in collaboration with other professionals.
This role requires a flexible approach to working and will be led by the needs of the case load. Working days will be generally fixed but hours flexible to include early mornings, late finishes and weekends. Fixed days may need to be flexible as dictated by the needs of the children and young people. This role requires extensive travel, so a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle, with appropriate business use insurance, is essential for this role.
