We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate candidate to join our customer support team. Responsibilities for this position include responding to customer enquiries and keeping them updated throughout their mortgage and protection journey.
All candidates must have excellent English writing skills as well as being comfortable talking to clients on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Checking client documents and requested any still missing
- Chasing up mortgage lenders and solicitors for updates on the progress of a clients application
- Deliver exceptional service to customers; staying professional and acting compassionately at all times.
- Maintain good time management and working habits; Be accurate and thorough when completing tasks; Adhere to company processes and uphold our high standards
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
