Role Purpose
Identify growth opportunities through deep understanding of Market/Brand/Category Performance; Partner with Brand & Commercial teams to deliver growth through managing a diverse range of research projects
Role Focus
- Support the creation of strategic frameworks to unlock growth opportunities across Beverages and be a key point of contact for Beverages Portfolio (Evian & Volvic).
- Identify growth risks/opps through management and coordination of relevant Market, Category, and Brand reporting to primarily Beverages stakeholders (in conjunction with One Universe)
- Lead on ad-hoc Brand-led primary projects across positioning, innovation, and comms and co-build strategy with Beverages brand teams. Support on selected PBB Brand-led projects across positioning, innovation and comms.
- Lead/support market, consumer, shopper, category, and channel ad hoc primary research projects
- Be an ambassador of consumer & shopper centricity across the business through the initiation and management of consumer closeness programmes
- Play an active role in the creation of impactful and engaging, growth-orientated category deep dive presentations, leveraging a rich array of data and insight and presenting in appropriate forums
- Collaborate with F&I Analytics Manager to maximise ROI on our contracts. Coach and feedback to help them become ‘trusted advisors’. Ensure maintenance of related databases.
- Build a network inside & out the business with agencies and other functions to ensure F&I is fully connected and strongly influencing the business
- Lead by example to promote data self-serve culture in the business

- Communicating with external agencies and managing the relationship between key business partners
