Job description

We are looking for a diligent and dynamic Customer Support Associate to join our Customer Operations team. Salary: £25,000 pa. Reporting to Amy King our Customer Support Lead. Location: London with work from home and flexible options, 1-3 days per week in the office.

About Us

We are currently rolling out thousands of sensors worldwide. Our Operations team is responsible for the build, install, remote deployment, monitoring, customer implementation, customer aftercare and management of our network of Internet of Things sensors and customers.

Until now, we’ve delivered Customer Support through our existing Operations and Commercial teams, now is the right time for us to consolidate this into a specialist team to excel in delivering first class customer outcomes, experiences and impact.

About You

You are someone with a natural curiosity or passion for technology and an obsession for positive customer experiences, outcomes and impact. We’re passionate about developing all of our team members and there will be opportunities for this role to develop into many multi-disciplinary areas of the organisation alongside leadership development.

You’ll have a great enthusiasm for tech, a natural ability and desire to help solve problems for customers and are looking to jump start your career in tech.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to customer queries using via ticket, email and phone
Handling alerts and notifications for our internal systems
Building and maintaining our Customer Portal
Organising maintenance of our customer’s sensors with internal and external teams
Offering advice and best practice for the use of VivaCity’s solutions

What we need you to have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An understanding and desire to learn about the technology VivaCity provide
Natural problem solving skills and an obsession with ownership of tasks until resolution
Previous experience working with customers to provide a service or solve issues

What we'd love to see:

Passion for transport, urbanism, mobility, local democracy or sustainable transport systems
Computer vision and/or Artificial Intelligence experience or interest
