Until now, we’ve delivered Customer Support through our existing Operations and Commercial teams, now is the right time for us to consolidate this into a specialist team to excel in delivering first class customer outcomes, experiences and impact.
About You
You’ll have a great enthusiasm for tech, a natural ability and desire to help solve problems for customers and are looking to jump start your career in tech.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer queries using via ticket, email and phone
- Handling alerts and notifications for our internal systems
- Building and maintaining our Customer Portal
- Organising maintenance of our customer’s sensors with internal and external teams
- Offering advice and best practice for the use of VivaCity’s solutions
What we need you to have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An understanding and desire to learn about the technology VivaCity provide
- Natural problem solving skills and an obsession with ownership of tasks until resolution
- Previous experience working with customers to provide a service or solve issues
What we'd love to see:
- Passion for transport, urbanism, mobility, local democracy or sustainable transport systems
- Computer vision and/or Artificial Intelligence experience or interest
