We've offered online training, personal help and support, coaching, critiques, events, networking and more to help over 50,000+ entrepreneurs to grow their businesses over the past 15+ years.
And we’re just about to launch one of the most exciting online business tools in the world that’ll help our customers further boost their growth – and that’s why, we need your help!

The Nitty Gritty:
We work in our office at Birmingham Business Park. It's bright, colourful, fun and you'll be equipped with the most cutting edge tech known to man!
We pay full-time salary but our working hours are 8am to 6pm - Monday to Thursday - which means we don't work Fridays!
(we also dish out pretty chunky Christmas bonuses too!)

Our customers are chomping at the bit to get their hands on this business growth tool and we need you to help onboard them and migrate their current systems into it.

We're on the lookout for two superstars to join our team as Customer Service Extraordinaires. The role is all about bringing the wow factor to our clients and giving them a mind-blowing experience as they transition to our groundbreaking, revolutionary software system.
But hey, technical knowledge can be learned. What we really need is someone who is bursting with personality and can effortlessly make a connection with our awesome clients. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, guiding them through the on-boarding and migration process and answering any questions they may have.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a burning passion to go above and beyond in everything you do. We want someone who's not afraid to exceed expectations and is willing to do whatever it takes to make our clients' dreams come true.
