Are you a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving profitable sales in a bespoke engineering business looking to grow and develop your career in an entrepreneurial and growing group?

Our client specialises in manufacturing, maintaining and renewing specialised machines used for the manufacture of automotive components, with a specialist focus on emission control product manufacture.
Their machines are used by leading brand manufacturers building parts for the OE market and the global automotive aftermarket. Their manufacturing and service centre is based in a purpose-built facility in the Midlands from which they manufacture, service and rebuild and support hundreds of individual machines.
The company are offering an excellent package. A basic salary of £50,000, 10% bonus plus a 5% bonus on the net profit of the project, car allowance of £5,000 and 25 days holidays (plus stats).
You will own the commercial lead for key accounts and work with them to drive incremental sales. You will identify and win new customers and have the ability to follow-up and convert existing potential accounts and customers.
This is a key role with the business and you will be a key leader within their team.
You will have sales/national account experience in a blue-chip environment from which you will bring a structured approach to the sales process.
This is a great role to be fully exposed in the business as you will be seen as a forward-looking business partner for the group CEO.
