Contact Centre PMO Manager
Contract
Reading 2 days a week in Office
I am currently undertaking a Search for a Contact Centre PMO Manager role for a leading client. Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level.
The successful candidate will be designing new processes that will impact the delivery of contact centre functions and performance and will be a champion for change influencing stakeholders and bringing stakeholders along for the journey so exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills will be essential.
Must have Project Governance experience and will have the opportunity to review the current Project Governance model and ensure it is fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities & Account abilities:
- Support, manage and/or governing changes through the designing, documenting, and improving of processes
- Driving customer experience and compliance through effective change management and continuous improvement.
- Leading and supporting on the initiatives that impact the Contact Centre function.
Must have:
- Project management, PMO, and/or business analysis qualification
- Excellent knowledge of best practice programme and project management methodologies and governance
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to define detailed end to end processes and knowledge of process definition methodology
- Experience driving through change to processes and ways of working
- Ability to manage and overcome resistance to change, Advanced problem solving techniques
- Advanced data analysis techniques, Ability to be pragmatic and commercially focused in the application of standards and controls.
- Clear thinker, Self-motivated and driven, Self-starter with a can do attitude, Consistently delivers results
- Attention to detail, Planning and organisation skills
- Experience of working in a PMO, central planning function or governance function
- Expertise in using defined programme and project delivery processes consistently over time
- Experience in designing and development of enterprise end-to-end planning and governance processes and standards
