Who are we?
At Botanycl our mission is to provide 100% plant-based skincare and vitamin supplements to people across the globe. With quality and product efficacy as our objective, we design every supplement to target root causes, free from synthetic vitamins and fillers.
You may have seen our CEO, Caroline Sims, on Dragon’s Den. Now with the backing of two dragons, Steven Bartlett and Peter Jones, we’re expanding our brand and looking for team members to join us on this journey.
All of our products are vegan, clean and green. We care about our planet, we care about our customers and we care about how our products make our customers feel.
About the role
We are a startup company looking for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
● This position is part-time (20 hours)
● The role is fully remote, with opportunities for occasional office days in London
● Hours are flexible within 09:00-18:00, shifts are 4 hours
● Working days are Monday - Sunday, with a minimum of one required weekend (2x4 hours shifts) a month. This includes public holidays
About your responsibilities:
● Be the voice of Botanycl and provide personable support to our customers via multiple channels (email, live chat and social media)
● Coordinating with our operations team, fulfillment and delivery partners to ensure successful deliveries
● Following internal processes and SOPs with autonomy to raise a hand when you feel there's something we could do better
● Know our products and common queries inside out, but not shy away from seeking further knowledge to ensure we’re never misinforming our customers
● Proactively identifying customer insight, feedback trends and common queries
● Developing creative solutions with a continuous improvement mindset
● Help shape our internal culture and online presence
● Supporting with ad hoc tasks
About you

● Empathetic and knows how to balance business processes with what’s right for our customers
● Works efficiently independently, but also enjoys working in a team

● Proficient with features on Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets
● Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and software
● A strong internet connection and your own laptop to work on
● Background knowledge of the industry and product is desired but not essential, motivation to gain in depth knowledge of the industry and products is crucial

● Salary:£27,000 FTE
● 33 holiday days annually (inclusive of bank holidays)
