Marketing Executive - the role in a nutshell.
We are growing our team over at Loungers’ HQ and are looking for a Marketing Executive to come and join us as part of our Cosy Club brand. We have a great opportunity on our hands – a brand with genuine stories, excellent food quality and passionate people – but there are too many future customers out there who don’t know about Cosy Club, or what we stand for.
You will be responsible for supporting on delivering the Cosy annual marketing calendar across the full marketing mix to provide a consistent drumbeat of communication to our customers. You will also be the lynchpin between HQ activity and the site teams, keeping our teams up to date about all marketing activity acting as the internal communications gatekeeper between Cosy marketing and our field teams. You will do this through weekly updates to our teams, campaign launch packs and presenting to the ops team on a regular basis.
You must also be able to think tactically to support sites that need more firepower behind them to drive the Cosy brand in their local community.
Cosy Club – the brand.
At Cosy Club, we pride ourselves on offering relaxed dining and drinking with a touch of timeless glamour, for those looking to celebrate and socialise in beautiful and grand surroundings with delectable food, top-notch tipples, attentive service and warm hospitality. You’ll often find CosyClubs located in beautiful, historic buildings, each with a unique design with the first opening in Taunton in 2010. We now have 35 Cosy Clubs across England and Wales, soon to be 36 and counting!
What we’re looking for in our next Marketing Executive
- Experience in marketing at either co-ordinator or executive level, ideally within either hospitality or retail
- Natural empathy with ops teams and strong understanding of brand and marketing mix
- Hyper organised with great attention to detail with a can-do attitude, who’s keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
- You’ll be a creative person who can create stories in a Cosy Club way, both internally and externally
- You will love to have the freedom to innovate whilst staying on brand

Our home is based on Baldwin Street in Bristol city centre. We’re a hardworking, fun bunch that see the value in spending time together as frequently as we can, so we do ask that we’re together 4 days a week in the office, with 1 day remote.
