Liverpool is a key location for G4S Events - with year-round contracts at prestigious sporting venues across the city, including Premier League Football, festivals and horse racing. You'll be working at some of the world's largest events, often with thousands of people, so you'll need your experience as an SIA Door Supervisor licensed security professional to identify situations before they happen and respond accordingly to those that do. Equally important is your ability to deliver a great customer experience to help create the a unique atmosphere.
This is a varied role that will provide great memories: you could be based in the events space, outside with the fans or helping to protect world famous athletes and staff. Friendly, professional and approachable, you'll use common sense to help people and ensure the events run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for those who want to enjoy flexibility in their work patterns.
Benefits:
- Perks at Work Scheme: access to a wide range of employee benefits which include discounts in over 20 different categories ranging from Electronics, Home Appliances, Food & Groceries, Car Buying, Travel, Fitness, and more.
- Holiday pay
- Company Pension
- Training Opportunities

- Free travel to qualifying events outside of the region
The broader G4S Events business can also offer you opportunities to suit your lifestyle, whether it’s flexible ad hoc hours, or working 40+ hours a week, we have a wide range of shifts available.
You will need to hold your SIA Door Supervisor licence and be available to work in the evening and/or at the weekend. If you have security experience, or looking to start earning extra money and experience working within the Events Industry and hold your SIA Licence then you can do this!
Given the nature of the industry, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.
Our recruitment and selection process will include a face to face interview, so after completing our short application form, a member of our team will be in touch and you will be able to book an interview slot using our online portal.
