Job description
We are a small well-established business based near Mansfield, supplying lighting maintenance and repair to the industry through out the UK. Due to continued growth a position has become available within our company for a customer support assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the bisiness with customer communication/booking jobs/ liaising with engineers etc, They must be enthusiastic, work well under supervision and on their own, have some computer skills and be a strong team player.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 08.30 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
Assisting booking site visits
Keeping customers upto date with site progress
Liaising with engineers.
Must be efficient in Microsoft office
Imputing purchases order and invoices
Responding to customers emails
Liaising with suppliers
Booking access equipment Answering the phone
Drafting letters
Completing applications for accreditation
Monitoring trackers
Keeping training up to date.
Preparing time sheets for wages
Occasionally working in other departments when needed
Skills
Good customer service and telephone manor
Microsoft office competent

Presentable

Administration/ Computer skills
QuickBooks (not essential as training will be given)
