Job Title: Safe Accommodation Services Manager

Location: Warwickshire

Responsible to: Senior Service Manager

Salary: £39,444 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working pattern: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

This is an exciting new role at Refuge that will be responsible for implementation and management of Safe Dispersed Accommodation across Warwickshire pilot project. The Safe Accommodation Services Manager will be responsible for direct supervision and support of deputy manager; floating support workers; housing support workers and child support workers as well as having responsibility for H&S and maintenance of dispersed accommodation, in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures and quality management system.

The post holder will also be responsible for H&S monitoring in the safe accommodation and ensuring that high quality standards of the accommodation are maintained. The role will involve visiting potential sites and contributing to the establishment of new safe accommodation services in conjunction with the project requirement.

As a member of the management team, the post holder will be required to participate with other managers in an out-of-hours management service.
