Exciting opportunity! We are recruiting for a talented Pay Analyst/Advisor to join our fantastic HR team at Age UK.
The Pay Analyst/Advisor will support the existing Pay & Reward Strategy and develop new rewards, benefits, and incentives.
This post is responsible for undertaking job evaluations and advising on all aspects of Pay & Reward, as well as developing and updating Pay & Reward Policies to ensure they remain competitive and legally compliant.
The successful post holder will also provide advice to all levels of management and ensure that all decisions are fair and consistent and in keeping with our Pay & Reward framework.
This fantastic opportunity offers hybrid and flexible working between home and a central London co-working hub.
You will have:
- Experience in different reward packages and their benefits
- Demonstrable experience of job evaluation processes
- The ability to compile, integrate and analyse data
- Good IT skills- MS Office skills particularly Excel
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise a high volume of work.
- The ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
