BeMoto are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join the team-based Peterborough. Working on a full time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focussed Customer Service Assistant / Executive. You will deal with customer communications within agreed SLA’s and in line with our quality standards

As the Customer Service Assistant / Executive you will:
- Validate and upload proof of NCD
- Respond to customer and insurer enquiries via phone and email
- Support with managing cancellation processes
- Actively chase and reduce the company's bad debt
- Support with policy validation
- Provide a great customer experience
- Support with claims by adding FNOL information into our core insurance system
- Dealing with company post both inbound and outbound
- General administration duties

- Previous experience in administration or an insurance based role
- Ability to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Basic understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems
