Rare and exciting opportunity to join our team. As our store continues to grow, so does our need to support it. Therefore, we are seeking the next customer service guru who loves people, lives and breathes sales & has experience in a customer service support role. Diving experience is also essential.
You'll be responsible for answering incoming customer enquiries - selling our dive gear, offering dive advice, converting sales and solving issues.
Attention to detail, superior level of customer service & being a team player are vital qualities. You must be computer-literate, be able to work in a fast-paced environment & have the right to work in the UK.
Salary ranges at £9-9.50 an hour dependent on experience and the position is fulltime with the need to work on weekends too.
