Customer Support and Communications Job Vacancy - 20 Hours weekly.
This is a full time role, 20 hours weekly, offering flexible hours.
iHaveit is an eCommerce marketplace, similar to eBay, with focus on selling physical music products, such as vinyl records, CD’s, DVD’s.
iHaveit has a job vacancy for a Customer Support Agent, who will answer day-to-day messages with our Customers and Partners, and will manage day-to-day eCommerce marketplace service levels, answering questions, and resolving issues.
The key priority of this role is to ensure that iHaveit provides excellent customer service, focusing on responding to the many messages we receive from customers and Partners.
Secondly, work with our marketplace partners to support service level and operational commitments and defect resolution.
Below is a summary of key activities
1. Manage customer communications, delivering excellent customer service, responsible for communications with customers, resolving product queries, supplying information, and assisting with general questions, ensuring customer satisfaction is maximised.
2. Ensure iHaveit relationships with our eCommerce Partners are managed, such as eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces, managing service levels, performance levels, issues and needs.
3. Work with iHaveit sellers to resolve open issues
4. Work with Buyers and eCommerce Partners to resolve feedback issues
5. Work with eBay to resolve defect issues
6. Work with Amazon to resolve defect issues
7. Work with OnBuy to resolve defect issues
8. Plus other activities that are covered in the iHaveit Customer Service administration area.
9. Assist the warehouse with order processing as/if required
This is a full time job, 20 hours weekly. Hours worked can be flexible, working around school runs or other needs, But the hours must include two hours each Saturday, as part of the 20 hour weekly schedule.
This is a Hybrid Home Office and Office Role, requiring multi-tasking abilities, to cross over many different activities.
The role is located in Swindon, UK, we will only consider candidates located in our region.

Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
