We are looking for a Security Supervisor to work with our prestigious client in the Aberdeen area.

What we need
- SIA Licence
- Experience in managing a team
- Professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
- SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
- Fire Safety and First Aid Certificates (desirable)
Role
The duties involve (but are not limited):
- Manage the team of Front of House Officers
- Welcoming and supporting staff clients, and visitors
- Access control and CCTV patrols
- Physical patrolling
- Supporting the Fire and Life Safety strategy
- Monitoring of critical systems
- Reporting incidents and risks
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
- Supervise the team to provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff, contractors and visitors at all times.
- Demonstrate Dardan values and deep understanding of Dardan policies, ensuring that Accountability, Responsibility and Ownership are standards that guide behaviour
