Job description
We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager with an M&E background onsite at Southport & Ormskirk hospital. The Facilities Manager will oversee the delivery of hard services and project work across site.
Responsibilities
- Management of PPM, Reactive Maintenance and Minor New works.
- Developing critical stakeholder relationships
- Management of technical compliance
- Facilitate the delivery of projects
- Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls
- Undertaking/supporting general facilities contract management activities
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Experience within a Healthcare Environment on Mechanical and/or Electrical installations would be preferred.
- Formal Electrical/Mechanical qualifications or equivalent
- IOSH Preferred
- SMSTS
