We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Technician who is passionate about customer service and technology, with a talent for problem-solving, and an interest in e-commerce and marketing. In this position, you will assist our clients with their Rezcomm system, and associated e-commerce, marketing, and business intelligence activities, while also acting as a bridge for our German clients. As an evening shift worker (5pm to 1am UK time), you will handle client queries and deliver excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for conducting tests on our systems, such as user case testing scripts, ensuring the availability of products and services, and running scripted technical tests as necessary.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, a professional phone manner, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, a team player attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic role. Experience with experience with Microsoft Office and Teams, Jira Service Management, ecommerce and payment portals, email marketing tools, manual website testing, and use case testing would be advantageous, as would proficiency in a second language such as French, German, or Portuguese.
As a Customer Support Technician, your duties will include promptly and accurately responding to customer queries, identifying customer needs, analysing and reporting product malfunctions, updating our internal databases, monitoring and resolving customer complaints, sharing feature requests and effective workarounds, informing customers about new features, following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved, gathering customer feedback, and supporting project management and sales in project meetings, tender processes, and general communications.
We provide full training for this role, although prior experience in a SaaS customer service environment is preferred.
