THE GIG

Dr Martens is seeking a Program Manager to join the Global Delivery team with significant experience working with Global Demand and Supply chain solutions., you will work in a fast-paced agile environment. Driving and facilitating our global Demand and Supply implementation across Dr Martens, both from a technical and a business transformation perspective.

As our Programme Manager for Global Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:

  • Our Programme Manager is ultimately accountable for the success of the programme for our Global Supply Chain.
  • Provide clear leadership and align Dr. Marten’s strategy with chosen partners, project managers and delivery teams working within them.
  • Expected to inspire the program team, and drive excellence across the programme.
  • Chairing the programme Design Authority/Steering Group to ensure designs and requirements are appropriately governed and that key design decisions are made with the right engagement and rigour.
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery team to align with timings and resourcing.
  • Build on and grow the relationship between the technology organisation and the business.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Significant business and IT project/programme management experience, ideally gained directing global business and technology transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of Demand and Supply Solutions, preferably the Blue Yonder suite of solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the context of directing programme teams as well as managing and facilitating stakeholders and senior leadership team
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, having patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to manage external suppliers to agreed outcomes within delivery teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity arising from a period of significant change
  • Experience in Manufacturing, retailer and distribution operating models and processes across product & supplier management, data onboarding, enrichment, supply chain, eCommerce & Digital.
  • Experience in multiple types of deliveries and tools i.e. Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Jira etc.
