If so, you may be a great fit for an Analyst role we are recruiting for in our Customer Support team in Leeds.
About the role
As a Customer Support Analyst you'll act as an interface between our Customer Support channels and Head Office functions in the delivery and co-ordination of agreed systems, processes, initiatives, risk and administration functions. You'll create comprehensive reports and undertake analysis of MI, making recommendations to the Customer Support Function and co-ordinate a full programme of User Acceptance Testing.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous analytical experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good planning & organisational skills in order to meet deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office with medium to advanced skill level in Excel, including previous experience of analysing and manipulating data for reports and knowledge of Macros and high level formulas
- Ability to communicate proposals and recommendations at all levels, verbally or in writing
The following would also be desirable (but not essential)
- Previous UAT experience or creation of test plans
- Knowledge/experience of SQL
- Previous experience in Financial Services
