We have a current requirement for a Customer Support Agent to work with our busy Installation & Training Team. To maintain our excellent reputation, we require a courteous and efficient candidate who is looking to progress their career in a dynamic Customer focused environment. As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will play crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions and providing exceptional customer service.
Position:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing & supporting the renewal process for customers using RSA key-fob tokens across the DGL hosted platform.
- Pro-actively calling customers that have not contacted us before renewal.
- Managing the re-configuration of RSA accounts with customers.
- The creation & updating of customer forms in our DGL form library.
- Working with other colleagues on the team to help resolve customer issues with access to RSA devices.
- Ensure that the highest level of communication is maintained with regard to client queries, issues and complaints.
- Ensuring customers issues are dealt with or escalated in a timely manner.
- Liaising with 3rd party support teams.
Requirements:
