As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be working on behalf of the global clothing brand, talking to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.You will be supporting a range of customer queries and maximizing opportunities to showcase company's products and services. Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.

- Hourly rate of £10.18 - £10.42
- 28 days of vacation for full-time employees and 14 days of vacation for part-time employees with ‘buy holiday’ scheme
- Full-time - 40 hour rotational shift pattern - Monday - Sunday between 9am - 12 midnight.
- Part time - 20 hours per week anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday (Must be available to work weekends)

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Advisor:
- Responding to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Providing excellent customer service to all, supporting with questions and queries.
- Maximizing opportunities to showcase brand's products.
- Multitasking and navigating multiple systems.
To be a Customer Support Advisor you'll need:
- High level of fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch.
- 6 months in Customer Sales or Customer Service.
- Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- You’re interested in driving customer satisfaction and promoting the client’s brand and products.
- Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system.
- Experience working towards targets or KPIS.
