At CTS Toner Supplies Ltd we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and customer orientated individual to become our next Customer Support Advisor. CTS is a highly successful progressive business specialising in remanufactured and compatible printer consumable distribution based in Yoxall, Staffordshire.
With a proven track record of strong personal planning and organisational ability, effective communication skills and problem solving, you will ensure we always deliver excellent support to our customers.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance and you will need to demonstrate the ability to deal with multiple demands whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
An excellent telephone manner is essential as is the ability to communicate, listen and ask questions – always putting the customer first. This position would ideally suit someone with experience in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate must also be IT literate with strong administration skills.
General overview of duties and responsibilities
· Provide our customer base with excellent customer support and a hassle-free experience when purchasing from CTS
· Dealing with customers complaints effectively and professionally ensuring appropriate records are maintained
· Communicating effectively with relevant individuals
· Answering incoming calls and queries from customers
· Provide customers with product information, quotes, pricing
· Providing customers with delivery information for their orders
· Ongoing development of skills to maintain current level of service for customers
· Management of POD’s, faulty enquiries and liaison with Technical Manager
· Process orders onto our back-office system
· Release of marketing information to customers
· Ongoing creation of contacts and online account monitoring/maintenance
· Develop existing accounts to maximise their spend and purchases from CTS
· Support Regional Sales Manager’s by providing customers with specific quotations.
· Operating as a team player within the office and site
Our operating hours are Monday-Friday: 9am-5.30pm and this position will be permanent and full time.
