Job description
- The EMEA Customer Success team has 10 people and CSMs cover onboarding, auditing, supporting existing clients, and internal discussion with the product development team.

The team is very supportive, helpful, and collaborative and you would take care of our bigger e-commerce clients
you can expect to help our enterprise clients with onboarding, strategies, audits, and creative ideas to perform well. - You will work closely with their marketing teams to help them achieve their goals.
- The role has a big potential in growth, to help you learn more from digital and product marketing.
Who we are looking for?
- We expect you to have 3 - 4 years of experience in managing/overseeing and/or executing Facebook or Google Ads
- Strong interest in Social Media and a very strong customer-centric experience
- Professional level of English is a must

Experience from SAAS industry, ideally from Martech or Adtech space
