Stryker is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities in our existing client base through on-site visits, outbound phone calls and e-mail interaction with customers. Revenue growth will be achieved through successful implementations, consultative selling and project management. This position carries a quota tied to achieving booking goals identified from software expansion and hardware supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding sales opportunities through Vocera’s existing client base

  • Identify and manage sales opportunities within existing Vocera customers through site visits and calls into the clinical departments within your assigned customer base where you will seek opportunities to increase sales of supplies and expansions of current products in existing departments, and look for opportunities for larger expansions and new Vocera products

  • Problem solving, positive attitude and a genuine desire to understand and service the customer’s business objectives are needed for the success of this position

  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and new licenses, maintenance renewals, and hardware purchases, qualify needs, interests, and funding

  • Provide customers with quotes for existing solutions and products

  • Maintain up-to-date records and lead opportunities, accounts, and contacts on Salesforce

  • Identify trends in customer happiness and usage and provide feedback from customers/prospects to sales, marketing and product development groups

Requirements

  • BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)

  • Relevant sales experience in technology, software (clinical systems, or other business applications), or wireless communications is preferable

  • Customer Service and or Account Management background required

  • Experience formulating a sales business plan for your defined territory/accounts

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels

  • Hospital and/or healthcare industry experience (highly preferred but not mandatory)

  • Experience (basic or advanced) Salesforce.com, and virtual meeting and presentation tools like WebEx, LiveMeeting, etc.

  • This is a field-based sales role, therefore involves a significant amount of travel
