Job description
STX Next is looking for a Client Success Manager who can own the entire post-sales relationship with our new and existing clients. Working directly with the Country Manager UK and Delivery Managers (SDMs), you will help to improve the client onboarding process, increase retention, and identify opportunities to upsell services.Through ‘get-to-know-you’ calls and ongoing email correspondence, you’ll help the DMs build strong relationships that last throughout the client lifecycle. However, we’re not only all about the numbers – it’s equally important to gather feedback from our clients (measured through third-party interviews, case studies, and referrals).STX Next is a fast-growing “Product Development as a Service” (PDaaS) company. The company’s founder managed to hit on a programming language—Python—well ahead of its time and today the company is capitalizing on this decision. Four years ago, we had 15 clients from Western Europe and the United States. Today, we have more than 50 clients from across the globe.Our multinational, multilingual business development and marketing teams continuously outperform their targets. Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management of the post-sales relationship with clients, which includes owning the onboarding process, increasing retention and identifying opportunities to upsell services
- Plan and drive the ongoing account strategy working with the Country Manager UK, DMs, and clients to establish critical goals or other KPIs, Above all else, you will help the client achieve their goals
- Help the DMs establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with our clients and drive continued value of our services and solutions
- Work with the Pre-Sales team to facilitate workshops with key clients, both onsite and online
- Work with the Pre-Sales team to prepare and deliver presentations introducing suggested solutions to existing clients (with the help of the DMs)
- Team with the DMs to increase Client Lifetime Value
- Keep up to date on new technology trends and make recommendations to STX Next on potential new service offerings

Your success will be measured based on retention, lifetime value, and customer feedback metrics. This is a unique opportunity to work together with nearly all of the STX Next departments.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- This is not a pure sales role. We are looking for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial and/or technical background or experience leading product development
- Subject matter expert/industry experience in one or more of the following key industries: Fintech, AdTech, Media and Entertainment
- A high-level understanding of technology and an eagerness to expand on this knowledge
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy, professional approach
- Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- A strong drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
- Willingness to travel when required

- Industry recognized qualifications or certifications relevant to a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager role.
